Driving Adoption:
In the latter phases of the lifecycle, the implementation approach shall focus on driving adoption and familiarizing the target segments with the solution functionalities and experience the ease of convenience.
Some of the activities that are to be followed in this stage are:-
- Implementing go-to-market plan strategy including collateral, training, mandates, success stories, recognition of adopters.
- Creating efficient tech and non-tech support backbone to answer queries and remove any bottlenecks for widespread adoption.
- Ensuring solution is implemented at the last mile stage at the grassroots level.
